Just amazingly lovely folk who took fantastic care of our wee boy Jack. Joanne’s first class care took him from his “energetic” younger days, through his mellow senior years and to the ripe old age of 19 when all the Farmhill team treated their little regular like a VIP. Our wee best buddy couldn’t ever have been in better hands ❤️

We’ve been taking our two dogs here for about 4 years now. I’ve found them very compassionate and friendly. When our dog Eric had to be put down Joanne was very understanding seeing how upset I was and suggested I stay in the car with him for the sedation. I look back on it and this was a very kind thing to do and a lovely way to spend our last time together. It felt private and not rushed. They’re very good with our old Yorkie who doesn’t like strangers touching her and wants to fight them . I highly recommend them.

The staff are lovely and accommodating and Dr Joanne is down-to-earth, compassionate, and pragmatic. Our nearly 17-year-old wee dog remains energetic and his lovable, sociable self under Dr Joanne’s expert care, notwithstanding a heart murmur, and degenerating eye sight. We are very grateful for the care they provide, and highly recommend this veterinary service.

It is great to know that our pets are in safe hands at Farmhill Vets. We have had difficult times with our elderly cat and elderly dog but Joanne and her staff were exceptional. Joanne always puts the welfare of the animals first. I am very happy to recommend Farmhill Vets strongly.
